Since the early years of Anton’s life, he has been drawn to spirituality, philosophy, and holistic living. From all the philosophical branches he have explored, Taoism stood out for Anton the most. Living in accordance with Universal laws and natural rhythms deeply resonated with him. Later in his life he became interested in natural healing methods and discovered Chinese medicine. The concept of Qi, the Life force energy, and the understanding that the human body is the microcosm of the whole Universe and the fact that the same concepts and principles that he found in Taoism can be applied to the health and healing of the human body encouraged him to pursue a career in holistic wellness and energy medicine.

Anton began his studies in the holistic wellness field at the New York College of Health Professions in New York City, where he earned his associate degree in massage therapy and bodywork. The beauty of this program was that it seamlessly integrated the science and practices of Chinese and Western medicine, and Anton cultivated skills in a variety of modalities including Acupressure, Tui Na, AMMA Therapy, and Reflexology. Here he was also introduced to the ancient Chinese art of energy cultivation Qigong, a healing practice that draws upon movement, breathing techniques, sound and focused visualization to improve physical and emotional well-being. Qigong serves as an indispensable tool in keeping his body healthy and strong in a physically demanding profession, and became a foundational element in his bodywork practice.

Upon graduation, Anton moved back to Moscow, Russia where he had a chance to apply all his knowledge and skills. Anton increasingly sought out to make more significant and deeper impact on long term health of the people in his practice. He pursued an extended course in Slavic visceral massage, which is an old folk technique of working with internal organs, and joined the Institute of Traditional Eastern Medicine, where he collaborated with doctors of Chinese and Tibetan medicine using Visceral Therapy.

In 2015 Anton moved back to New York and began his private practice under the name of Taiga Bodywork, while also working at Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, in Rhinebeck, NY as a Wellness Provider. While at Omega he completed a certification program in Qi Gong Healing with renowned Qi Gong Master and Healer Robert Peng. In 2017, Anton completed his teacher training and became certified to teach Elixir Light Qigong. In the same year, he joined Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Massachusetts as a Massage Therapist in Healing Arts Department. Here, he was introduced to the profound healing potential of Yoga, and the unique modalities of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Continuum Movement, and Akashic records.

In November of 2021, Anton experienced a spiritual rebirth and awakening. That event transformed his life and spark a new vision. The centerpiece of this process was a direct connection to the Infinite Source. Inspired by this profound experience, he was guided to create a process that supports people in unlocking their full creative potential and actualizing their Greatness and Divinity.
